In line with market trends towards electronic filing of documents and away from piles of paper at the office, every module in PropTOOLS has functionality that allows the user to store electronic documents and other attachments. This module allows the user to upload and file electronic documents and scanned images of original documents into a central document repository on their server.
Original legal documents can then be archived while unnecessary documents can be discarded. This module also enables the user to search for documents pertaining to a tenant, building, order, lease, etc. in the central document repository. Different levels of access can be set up to prevent viewing of certain documents by unauthorized users.
