PropTOOLS is a rich mine of information for the property manager. Key reports have been developed within the system to give management a quick, easy and up to date view of the state of finances, tenants, buildings and other aspects of their business. Most of the data in PropTOOLS can however be extracted to an analytical software module where further invaluable analysis is possible.

Reports are a static view of data at a specific point in time. There are many advantages in having an analytics module available as a tool for interrogating PropTOOLS data.

The Analytics Module gives the property manager the ability to:

  • Analyze and track trends within the property portfolios.
  • Run comparisons between sets of data.
  • Perform exception management by running and simulating exception reports.
  • Analyze data with the capability to drill down to the lowest available level.
  • Establish KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and develop core reporting for these KPIs.
  • Understand the Business Intelligence around the data.
